Job Details: Job Location: Reed Street - Philadelphia, PA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Clinical Supervisor – Children’s Mobile Crisis Team (CMCT)

Location: Reed Street, South Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $80,000 per year
Schedule:  Saturday/Sunday in office

7:00 AM–11:00 PM shift;

additional 8-hour shift pick up during regular weekday schedule to complete 40 hour work week

About the Position

Bethanna’s Children’s Mobile Crisis Team (CMCT) is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of Mobile Crisis Workers and Family Support Partners.

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision, supports staff with challenging cases, ensures quality services are being provided, and helps the team meet program and documentation requirements.

This is a leadership position for an experienced mental health professional who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families and wants to make a difference in the community.
Qualifications: What You’ll Do

Supervise & Support Staff

Supervise Mobile Crisis Workers and Family Support Partners.
Provide weekly individual supervision and clinical guidance.
Be available to staff for crisis consultation and support.
Complete staff evaluations and support professional development.
Help train and orient new team members.
Support a positive and collaborative team environment.
Participate in scheduled on-call responsibilities.

Support Children & Families

Review cases to ensure children and families receive appropriate care.
Support staff with crisis situations, treatment planning, referrals, and discharge planning.
Monitor case assignments and help ensure continuity of care.
Work with the Clinical Director and treatment team on complex cases.
Coordinate with Children & Youth agencies, ChildLine, and other community partners when needed.
Help ensure appropriate interpreter services are available for families.

Documentation & Compliance

Review clinical documentation and ensure it is accurate and completed on time.
Monitor assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, crisis plans, discharge plans, and other required documentation.
Review incident reports and ensure required follow-up is completed.
Ensure the program follows agency, state, county, managed care, and other regulatory requirements.

Program Development

Participate in staff training and professional development.
Help develop and improve department policies and procedures.
Work with leadership on program improvement and quality assurance.
Help with staffing, caseload assignments, employee development, and retention.
Build positive relationships with community agencies and county and state partners.
Attend required meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

Required

Master’s degree in a mental health field such as Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field.
Graduate education must include a clinical practicum and internship with children and/or adolescents and direct on-site supervision.
Online degrees without direct clinical supervision will not be accepted.
At least 2 years of post-Master’s clinical experience working with children and adolescents.
Active Pennsylvania license as one of the following:

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Psychologist

Preferred

At least 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision in a child/adolescent services setting.
