Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide non-medical in-home care services to seniors, adults, and children with disabilities throughout Alameda County over the weekends.
Availability/Schedule:
- Saturday and Sundays 9am - 2pm
- If you availability doesn't match perfectly, you are still encouraged to apply

Responsibilities- Provide companionship and emotional support -Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting -Assist with ambulation and transfers as needed -Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary -Perform light housekeeping and laundry - Provide medication reminders -Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation - Observe and report changes in client condition -Maintain accurate service documentation
Qualifications/ Requirements
-Weekend availability-California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to obtain registration before hire - Reliable transportation, requirement to travel anywhere in Alameda County-Ability to communicate effectively in English (bilingual is a plus)-Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, or personal care experience
-CPR and First Aid certification, or willingess to obtain
-Experience supporting individuals with dementia
- Authorized to work in the United States
