My Gym Children's Fitness Center is looking for an energetic, outgoing Weekend Party Specialist to help host amazing birthday parties for children ages 1 to 5. Every party is packed with games, obstacle courses, music, and nonstop fun. If you're the type of person who isn't afraid to be silly, has great classroom management skills, and enjoys being active, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Entertain and engage children throughout our birthday parties.
- Lead games, songs, obstacle courses, and group activities.
- Help create an incredible experience for birthday families and their guests.
- Work alongside an experienced My Gym teacher—every party is staffed by two instructors.
- Bring enthusiasm, confidence, and positive energy from start to finish.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience working with young children (teaching, childcare, camps, coaching, etc.).
- Loves being active, energetic, and entertaining.
- Is dependable and can commit to working one weekend day most weekends throughout the year.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Has an upbeat personality that children naturally respond to.
Schedule
- One weekend shift per week (typically Saturday afternoons for 5–7 hours).
- Year-round position.
- Consistent weekend availability is required.
Pay & Benefits
- $20–$23 per hour based on experience.
- Plus generous tips from birthday families (typically averaging about $10 per hour).
- Team members earn the equivalent of $30–$33 per hour when tips are included.
- Paid training with experienced My Gym instructors.

Our curriculum grows with children and features a wide variety of activities designed to promote coordination, agility, flexibility, motor skills, and social skills. Whether it’s a toddler in a parent-participation class wiggling through a warm-up, or a school-aged Ninja kid conquering our Warped Wall, the FUN never stops!
