The Chapel Wedding Director provides hands-on support to the wedding parties with confirmed Wedding Reservations. This includes an initial planning session (8 weeks before the wedding date), a customized wedding rehearsal, and assistance on the day of the wedding ceremony.
The Wedding Director ensures that the wedding parties understand and comply with all Chapel regulations for weddings, but also provides a calming, generous presence to ensure the best possible experience for all.
Work Arrangement – On-Site
Part-time; Work schedule will include Friday evenings and Saturdays based on confirmed wedding reservations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education – Generally requires HS Diploma or GED.
Experience – 1 year experience in event management or experience working with weddings.
OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.

Each wedding requires five activities conducted by the Wedding Director:
- Regular review of all reservations
- Initial consultation
- Wedding rehearsal
- Wedding ceremony
- Request for evaluation
