THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Website Experience Sr. Director in our Marketing Operations area in Brazil or the US (Remote accepted)!

Reporting to the VP of Marketing Operations, this role owns the evolution of Wellhub's website — from a traditionally-managed site to an Agentic Website Experience and Operations model, where AI agents increasingly handle content assembly, personalization, identity resolution, and optimization, freeing the team to focus on strategy, judgment calls, and the exceptions that matter. This is a hands-on strategic role: owning the roadmap, design, testing, data, and execution, and leading product managers, UX designers, web analytics, and developers to deliver on that vision. You're expected to have a real point of view on where agentic AI creates leverage on a website versus where it introduces risk, and to be able to defend that point of view to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

YOUR IMPACT

• Lead the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Wellhub's website experience, driving its evolution toward an Agentic Website Experience and Operations model — where AI agents increasingly handle content assembly, personalization, and optimization.
• Own conversion rate optimization end-to-end: define experimentation strategy, size and prioritize A/B tests, lead qualitative research and behavioral surveys, and translate results into optimization decisions.
• Own website performance measurement and automated reporting (traffic, MQLs, sign-ups, conversions), analyzing visitor behavior through data synthesis, heat mapping, and tools like Amplitude + Looker.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to shape the website experience for product launches, content, campaigns, and the broader roadmap.
• Lead the website design and UX function, including the Mantra design system and the end-to-end design-to-code operating model (Figma to Mantra to Strapi), owning the quality bar for both human- and agent-generated work.
• Evaluate, pilot, and scale agentic AI and AI orchestration tools for the website — defining human-in-the-loop boundaries, guardrails, and escalation paths — and identify, procure, and roll out best-in-class website technology and platforms.
• Own the site's readiness for AI-driven discovery and personalization: architect content and information architecture for SEO, GEO/AEO, and Web MCP, lead the rollout of AI-powered personalization and predictive experimentation, and ensure conversational/AI-assisted website interactions align with the broader company AI architecture.

WHO YOU ARE

• A seasoned digital/website leader with 8+ years of experience, including proven ownership of a website and hands-on experience running experimentation programs.
• Deep expertise across web tech stacks — analytics platforms, headless CMS, and web design systems — with a track record of managing them end-to-end.
• Concrete, hands-on experience applying AI/agentic technology to marketing or web workflows (agent frameworks, AI personalization/CRO, conversational content tooling, or GEO/AEO strategy), including AI-assisted design-to-code workflows in production.
• A clear, defensible point of view on where agentic AI creates leverage versus risk in B2B contexts, with the ability to bridge marketing, martech/engineering, and data teams on AI implementation.
• Experience leading design and/or research functions, or credibly managing senior design ICs and design system owners, including owning a design system as shared infrastructure rather than a component library.
• A strong cross-functional leader who thrives in matrixed, fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, balancing internal business needs with a customer-centric mindset.
• Analytically rigorous, with strong critical thinking to translate complex AI topics into actionable insights and a sharp focus on KPIs and conversion metrics.
• Quick to adapt to new domain contexts, AI trends, and vendor tools, with experience working across global companies and website localization.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $193,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

We are currently set up to hire in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
