Are you experienced with content management, SharePoint, or digital content migration projects? We're seeking a detail-oriented Website Content Administrator to support a large-scale intranet migration initiative for a leading enterprise organization.

This is a contract opportunity where you'll help transition thousands of internal content pages into SharePoint Online while ensuring a polished, user-friendly experience for employees.

What You'll Be Doing

• Migrate internal content, documents, articles, and resources into SharePoint Online
• Review and format content to ensure consistency, usability, and visual appeal
• Perform quality assurance checks on migrated pages
• Identify and resolve broken links, formatting issues, and attachment errors
• Help organize content within SharePoint to improve searchability and user experience
• Collaborate with communications teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy
• Evaluate existing content and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with SharePoint Online, content management systems, or content migration projects
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on SharePoint Online administration or page-building experience
• Experience supporting intranet, corporate communications, or internal content initiatives
• Background in Technical Writing, Corporate Communications, or related fields

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
