Weber Intern

Cache Valley Bank's Intern Program gives students hands-on experience across a community bank's day-to-day operations. Interns rotate through different departments over the course of the semester, gaining broad exposure to the internal workings of one of the state’s largest community banks.  Students get to work alongside CVB team members on real projects and build a genuine understanding of how a local bank runs. Interns take on real project work, contribute to team goals, learn from bank leadership and finish the program with a sense of which areas of banking interest them most.

Throughout the program, interns will also hear directly from local entrepreneurs and business leaders through our Voices of Entrepreneurship speaker series, connect with department leaders across the bank, and build a network that can carry into their careers.

We’re looking for current students or recent graduates who are flexible, dependable, and eager to learn. We value strong communication skills, a willingness to try new things, and an interest in learning more about banking, finance, or community focused work as a possible career. No prior banking experience is required. This is a paid position, and we ask for a full-semester commitment.
