Web and Digital Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Web and Digital Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role combines web infrastructure ownership with strategic digital advertising leadership to drive measurable pipeline growth.
You will oversee the performance, scalability, and optimization of a Webflow-based corporate website.
You will also lead paid media across search, social, display, and other digital channels while maximizing marketing ROI.
The position requires a hands-on approach to technical SEO, analytics, tracking, conversion optimization, and web operations.
You will use data to improve campaign performance, lead quality, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
Working closely with Marketing, Analytics, Operations, Design, and Content teams, you will translate technical insights into business outcomes.
The role offers significant ownership across the digital marketing technology and performance ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

• Own and manage the corporate website infrastructure in Webflow, ensuring stability, security, speed, uptime, scalability, and a strong user experience.
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, SEO, mobile responsiveness, site structure, and conversion performance.
• Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new website features, landing pages, and content updates in collaboration with design and content teams.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, including schema markup, crawlability, site architecture, and technical performance.
• Develop and execute the end-to-end digital advertising strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, display networks, and other paid channels.
• Manage external advertising agency relationships and allocate digital advertising budgets toward key performance indicators, MQL generation, and sales pipeline growth.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, creative refreshes, and continuous performance analysis.
• Establish reporting frameworks covering campaign performance, web traffic, conversion rates, lead-to-opportunity rates, win rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, including custom data layers, event triggers, and high-value user action tracking.
• Maintain data connectors and APIs that route web and marketing data into downstream platforms such as Incorta and BigQuery.
• Manage web tracking and workflow logic to ensure accurate, high-quality lead data flows from web forms into the CRM.
• Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and the broader marketing technology ecosystem.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years managing web infrastructure and digital advertising at Manager level or equivalent.
• Deep, hands-on Webflow expertise, including CMS management, custom code integration, website development, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience managing significant digital advertising budgets and driving performance across major platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, marketing-qualified leads, and optimizing digital programs for pipeline and revenue impact.
• Experience integrating digital marketing activities with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Advanced proficiency with web analytics, with Google Analytics 4 required, as well as strong spreadsheet and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, performance recommendations, and strategic decisions.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development, tracking implementation, and performance troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, web performance, conversion optimization, digital tracking, and marketing technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and performance information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for employment with a U.S. employer.

• Salary range of $112,000–$145,000, with starting pay determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and scope.
