💼 Position Details
Full-Time RN Supervisor
🕒 Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
📅 Schedule: Saturday and Sunday
💵 Pay: Based on YOUR years of experience
➕ $10.00/hour shift differential

🏥 About the Role
As RN Supervisor, you will:
Assess resident care needs and implement appropriate actions
Ensure high-quality nursing care across our 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility
Implement and uphold nursing policies and procedures
Lead, support, and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
Foster teamwork, engagement, and a positive culture
🔍 What We’re Looking For
We want a leader who is:

Strong in leadership, communication, and critical thinking
Organized with excellent customer service skills
Able to collaborate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
Requirements:
Current, active RN license (in good standing)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
Long-term care and/or supervisory experience
