Warehouse Utility - Pepsi - Alliance

8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday!

Position Summary:The purpose of this role is to perform routine facility maintenance, general cleaning, groundskeeping, and other miscellaneous support duties. This position also assists with shipping, receiving, order picking, and other warehouse-related operations to ensure efficient day-to-day business activities.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform routine facility maintenance, including changing light bulbs, painting, etc.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties, including warehouse floor scrubbing, mopping, dusting, etc.
• Empty and properly dispose of waste and recycling materials
• Operate lawn care and snow removal equipment as needed to maintain grounds and ensure safe access to facilities
• Fill, label, and safely store CO2 cylinders, making necessary adjustments to valves and gauges while ensuring compliance with safety procedures as required by location
• Serve as backup support for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk position as required
• Serve as backup support for the Mid-Shift Supervisor position as required
• Receive and unload product from delivery vehicles using a forklift
• Store product according to established inventory and stock rotation procedures
• Replenish inventory in designated pick locations, including moving and positioning product with a forklift
• Receive, unload, consolidate, and restock returned product and empty shells
• Load delivery vehicles for distribution to customer accounts
• Build and manage pick-ticket orders to support warehouse operations
• Count, verify, and reconcile incoming products returned from daily delivery routes as needed
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming FedEx, UPS, and other parcel shipments
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification (must be at least 18 years of age)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of building maintenance procedures and safe work practices
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to safely operate floor-scrubbing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
• Ability to apply proper lifting and material-handling techniques
• Understanding of and commitment to supporting company goals, policies and operational objectives

Working Environment

Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment. The position may involve seasonal exposure to elevated indoor temperatures and routine contact with cleaning chemicals. Employees may be required to work extended, irregular, or flexible hours during peak operational periods to meet business demands.
