The Warehouse Specialist supports the daily movement, storage, and organization of primarily finished products throughout our warehouse and production operations. 

This is a hands-on role for someone who works safely, stays organized, and understands the importance of getting the right product to the right place at the right time. The Warehouse Specialist is part of the shipping department and works closely with Production, Receiving, Inventory, and Quality Assurance, to keep materials and products moving efficiently. 

Your Mission 

Support safe and efficient warehouse operations by accurately receiving, moving, storing, staging, and loading finished products while maintaining inventory accuracy and an organized warehouse.

Compensation & Schedule 

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with a starting pay rate of $16.50 per hour. 

The normal work schedule is based on warehouse, production, and shipping needs. Overtime, weekends, or schedule changes may be required based on business needs. 

Location & Work Environment 

This position is based in Fredericksburg, Texas and works primarily in warehouse and manufacturing areas that are not climate controlled. 

The role requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and material handling, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Team Members may work around forklifts, pallet jacks, moving equipment, food ingredients, noise, heat, and cold. 
Qualifications: What You'll Own 

Pull and stage customer orders for shipment to make ready for shipment. 

Load sales orders and trucks. 

Assist Purchasing with shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading trucks as needed. 

Maintain organized warehouse locations and ensure products are stored correctly. 

Follow FIFO and required product rotation procedures for finished products. 

Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies. 

Confirm daily production reports are correct. 

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely. 

Work with Quality Assurance to identify and properly handle products placed on hold or designated for rework. 

Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas. 

Follow company food safety, sanitation, GMP, and workplace safety requirements. 

Support other warehouse activities as business needs require. 

The Right Ingredients  

High school diploma or GED.  

0–2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, inventory, or related experience.  

Forklift and pallet jack experience or willingness to complete required training.  

Accurate counting and basic inventory tracking skills.  

Basic computer skills.  

Strong attention to detail.  

Clear communication and teamwork skills.  

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.  

Capable of meeting the physical requirements of the position.
