What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control
Serve as a hands-on leader, setting an example for safety, productivity, and quality standards
Assign and monitor tasks to warehouse associates to meet daily goals
Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to team members
Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools
Communicate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and coordinate workflow
Enforce safety protocols and company policies consistently
Delivery driver duties as assigned.
Tire Technician work as needed.

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems a plus
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
