The Warehouse Coordinator manages warehouse operations, including the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the facility. They are responsible for preparing and delivering materials, equipment, and snacks to program sites to support student care.
Job Description
The Warehouse Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Corporate Services and is responsible for coordinating tasks in the warehouse and ensuring that program sites have the materials and equipment they need to provide excellent care to students. This includes ensuring deliveries to program sites are prepped and recirculated as appropriate; snacks are ordered, packed, and delivered to sites based on the monthly food menu; and warehouse spaces are maintained to the expected level of cleanliness, organization, and safety. The Warehouse Coordinator also collaborates with the VP of Corporate Services and colleagues to develop timelines and plans that support the different programs offered by Club K throughout the year.
Minimum Skills and Expertise:
- Knowledge and experience in quality assurance and supply chain logistics
- Professional level of self-direction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and anticipate how one change has the potential to impact other tasks and team members
- Comfortable and able to perform work while Walking, Standing, Squatting, Stooping, Kneeling, Bending, and Crouching
- Able to lift and carry over 50 pounds
- Clean driving record; able to provide proof of insurance and good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check

We offer a personal level of service and attention that enables us to partner with schools, communities, and families to provide positive outcomes for the students in our programs. We have a scholarship fund that helps bridge the economic gap for qualified working families who need a bit of financial assistance to help with childcare costs.
We have grown to 16 locations in 3 school districts over the years. With over 30 years of combined experience in education and business, the owner has a passion for providing quality services to working families and their children. She is excited to be able to offer an innovative and creative program that meets the needs of today's students. She is committed to finding, training, and retaining quality staff.
Our program at Club K After School Zone follows the guidelines set forth by the National After School Association and meets or exceeds all licensing requirements in the state of Oregon for childcare programs.
