VP, Provider Revenue Optimization (Portfolio Growth)

The VP, Provider Revenue Optimization, is responsible for the growth and market adoption of IMO's Provider product portfolio. The role will focus on translating product investments and market opportunities into customer adoption, market evidence and long-term business value.

Working across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, this leader will develop and drive growth strategies for Provider solutions across their lifecycle, from emerging solutions entering the market to established products with opportunities for greater adoption. The role will define how IMO can maximize the potential of its Provider solutions and align relevant teams across the organization around the actions required to achieve those outcomes.

This is a coordinating leadership role. Success depends on influence, credibility and cross-functional partnership rather than direct functional ownership — the role brings structure and shared accountability to commercialization work that today sits across multiple teams. It requires a combination of strategic thinking, commercial judgment, deep market insights, analytical rigor and cross-functional leadership to identify opportunities, diagnose barriers to growth, and mobilize the organization around the actions required to achieve results.

What You'll Do:

Portfolio Growth

• Develop and drive growth strategies for solutions across the Provider portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, customer adoption and market penetration
• Assess market opportunity, customer needs, competitive dynamics, product performance, pipeline trends and customer adoption to identify opportunities and barriers to growth
• Shape the target customers, use cases, value propositions, packaging and go-to-market approaches required to maximize the potential of the Provider product portfolio, partnering with the functions that own each
• Establish shared performance metrics and accountability across GTM functions to drive alignment against product-level growth objectives

Emerging Solutions Growth

• Lead the business approach for priority emerging solutions from early market validation through launch and go-to-market scale
• Recruit and manage development partner and early adopter programs that generate customer insights, market evidence, references and proof points
• Work backward from general availability dates to set clear commercial milestones, and ensure references, case studies, ROI collateral and market messaging are prepared in advance of launch
• Partner across Product, Sales, Marketing and other functions to ensure new solutions are positioned and prepared for successful market adoption
• Track post-launch production feedback through Customer Success and convert it into material that supports active sales cycles

Existing Product Growth

• Identify and develop strategies to accelerate growth and penetration of existing Provider solutions, including core and perioperative products, across current and prospective customers
• Develop targeted growth initiatives that may include product enhancements, new integration pathways, customer segmentation, positioning, packaging and/or channel opportunities
• Identify opportunities to measure and improve the value realized by customers and use those insights to drive improved retention, expansion and long-term growth

Execution & Business Performance

• Establish clear objectives for priority growth initiatives, with early-stage progress measured through development partners, early adopters, references and launch readiness, and mature-stage progress measured through revenue, pipeline and whitespace
• Lead cross-functional execution of priority growth initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, timely decision making and resolution of barriers to success

What You'll Need:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology, go-to-market, product commercialization or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of driving adoption and commercial outcomes
• Direct experience with Epic, and a strong understanding of healthcare Provider markets, buyers, workflows and technology ecosystems
• Demonstrated experience bringing new solutions to market, including development partner and early adopter programs, launch readiness and reference development
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment with the ability to identify market opportunities, diagnose root causes of underperformance and turn insights into action
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes in a matrixed environment, without direct authority over the contributing functions

\n$200,000 - $250,000 a year

Compensation at IMO Health is determined by job level, role requirements, and each candidate’s experience, skills, and location. The listed base pay represents the target for new hires with individual compensation varying accordingly. These figures exclude potential bonuses, equity, or sales incentives, which may also be part of the total compensation package.
