The VP of Finance is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting team and managing all aspects of the finance function. Key duties include mentoring staff, automating departmental tasks, and aligning financial operations with the company's strategic direction.
Job Description
As a member of the Finance and Accounting team, the VP, Finance will be primarily responsible for overseeing the Finance team and all aspects of the Finance function.

Passport to Success
- Preferred 15 + years of finance experience
- Strong attention to detail along with problem identification, analytical and resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivator with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines
- Ability to adopt a flexible, hands on approach in relation to the strategic direction of the company
- Able to handle pressure
- Has positive attitude and can coach and lead the team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
