STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The Volunteer Greeter and Wayfinder serves as a welcoming presence for patients and visitors at Sun Life Health. This is a non-paid volunteer opportunity designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others, enjoy engaging with the community, and want to contribute to the overall patient experience.
Volunteers in this role support Sun Life Health's mission by assisting patients with navigating Sun Life facilities, providing general guidance, and helping connect individuals to the various services and resources available throughout the organization. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in serving others and wishes to give back to the community while supporting the greater good of Sun Life Health and the patients we serve.
QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Enrolled in high school or above
Interested in medical field

Today, as a non-profit Community Health Center Sun Life Health serves over 49,000 patients. Sun Life Health currently provides health care services in 11 locations providing primary care, ob/gyn, pediatrics, pharmacy and dental services in Casa Grande, Coolidge, Eloy, Florence, Maricopa, Oracle, Chandler, and Mesa. We are governed by a patient led Board of Directors representing the patients and communities served by the organization, what makes us different is our unfailing concern for the well-being of our patients, and our willingness to provide the best possible experience for every person that walks through our doors.
