You are an enthusiastic, dependable, and professional coach with a passion for working with kids ages 9–15. You bring the same energy and patience to a beginner just learning the fundamentals as you would to a more advanced player with established skills — this role requires an equal ability and willingness to coach across the full range of skill levels within the age group, not a preference for one group over another. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love engaging with kids in this age range. You will also have:
Experience coaching volleyball at the youth, club, school, or grassroots level
A bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
Willingness and ability to assist with other sports classes, most prominently basketball and tennis

Willingness to implement, enhance, and maintain the program's core philosophies
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and organization skills
