Summary of Volunteer Positions:

Administrative Support

• No IRS certification required.
• Assist with follow-up appointment calls.
• Assist with data entry, packet assembly, and other support as needed.
• Greeter
• Greet clients and help complete intake forms.
• Support and assist tax preparers with client documents.

Intake Specialist

• Collect and verify all necessary documents and scan them for the preparer.

Tax Preparer

• Prepare and electronically file tax returns for clients.

Quality Reviewer

• Review tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
