Job Summary:

We're in search of an outgoing, detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Remote Virtual Property Inspector. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting remote inspections of residential and commercial properties, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in every inspection. Your independence and strong time management, along with your keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual inspections of residential and commercial properties using Valligent’s advanced video tools.
• Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to schedule inspections and address concerns. 
• Provide professional, personable, and problem-solving interactions with all points of contact.

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• A background in real estate, construction, or a related field is a plus. 
• Proficiency with digital tools and technology for conducting virtual inspections. 
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for conducting virtual inspections. 
• A dedicated remote workspace or in-office location.

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience in real estate. 
• Customer service experience.
