Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
Location: Missouri
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

This virtual therapy role is built for licensed clinicians who want to deliver meaningful care without geographic limits. Your day will consist of scheduled therapy sessions, documentation, and treatment planning—supported by a remote-first clinical framework.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver therapy sessions through a secure telehealth system
- Maintain accurate client records and session notes
- Adjust treatment approaches based on client needs
- Follow ethical and legal guidelines for telehealth care
- Active Missouri license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Prior therapy or counseling experience
- Comfort using digital platforms
- Reliable remote work setup
