Job Description
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Remote, United States and Canada
Pay Range: $21—$26 per hour USD
Schedule: Flexible daytime hours with at least 4 hours overlap during North American business hours

Are you someone who enjoys working with information, keeping things organized, and turning audio into accurate written content? We are looking for a Virtual Data & Transcription Support Specialist to join a remote team that supports U.S. and Canada-based operations.
In this role, you will help ensure that critical data and documentation are accurate, complete, and accessible. You will be an important part of keeping operations running smoothly, even though the work is fully remote. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, making this a great opportunity whether you are building experience or looking to grow in an administrative and transcription career.
What You Will Do
Convert audio recordings into clear, well-formatted text
Enter, update, and organize data across spreadsheets and internal systems
Check your work for accuracy and consistency to maintain high-quality records
Keep digital files organized so team members can easily find what they need
Follow step-by-step instructions and standard procedures for all tasks
Communicate proactively if you have questions or need clarification
Pitch in on additional administrative or support tasks when needed
Who We Are Looking For
Entry-level to mid-level experience is welcome (03 years)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in typing and data entry
Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or Slack
Able to follow instructions carefully and work independently
Reliable home internet connection and a quiet work environment
Professional written communication skills
