What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll help clients understand their available benefits while building trusted, long-term relationships through outstanding service.

Client Support Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products and services clearly and professionally

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates

• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Build long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and responsive service

Professional Development
