What You'll Do

As a Virtual Client Solutions Specialist, you'll work with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments while developing valuable customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Client Service & Support

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with clients who have requested information regarding available benefits
• Identify individual and family needs through thoughtful conversations
• Explain benefit programs and coverage options clearly and professionally
• Answer questions and provide solution-focused guidance
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, reliability, and consistent communication
