Job Details: Job Location: Corporate - Franklin, KY, Salary Range: $212400.00 - $318600.00Salary, RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expand market share in the adhesive tape industry.
Develops annual and strategic plans to meet revenue, margin, profitability and market penetration goals.
Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration within the sales department and between industry segments
Lead, mentor and develop high performing teams
Set clear goals to achieve company objectives.
Market Analysis & Planning
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline that promotes new business on a consistent basis
Work closely with the Marketing, Product Management and Product Development teams to align efforts and ensure consistent messaging from Vybond to customers and the market in general.
Develop and implement targeted sales plans for key accounts
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
Customer Relationship Management
Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of client base, current needs and anticipated needs of client base. Maintains a high degree of customer contact/interaction in an attempt to strengthen customer relationships, build customer understanding of company vision and goals and supporting sales staff in strengthening relationships.
Act as the company’s primary representative in key negotiations and partnership discussion
Sales Reporting & analysis
Track and report sales performances trends and forecasts
Maintain a balanced sales / inventory level
Utilize CRM and sales data to evaluate team performance ,adjust strategies and improve sales process
Participates in the development of sales compensation plans and review programs with sales personnel to ensure effective communication of company information.
Effectively monitors and controls sales expenses in support of organization financial goals.
Ability to define need for additional forward-deployed manufacturing capability in emerging markets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10+ years of progressively responsible sales experience in a multitude of settings; preference given to candidates with a background in manufacturing.
• Master’s Degree or related experience.
• Ability to travel extensively (50%+).
• Successful experienced at building sales organizations.
• Experience in annual and strategic planning.
• Successful experience in pricing, contracting, project management and working key accounts.
• Strong understanding and development of key account management.
• Ability to manage large-scale sales projects.
• A strong record of accomplishment of managing a large-scale business ($100MM+ in revenue).
