At VERG Brooklyn, veterinary technician students have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of New York's leading 24/7 emergency and specialty veterinary hospitals. Veterinary Technician Externs are exposed to a wide variety of emergency, critical care, and specialty cases while working alongside experienced veterinary technicians, emergency clinicians, and board-certified specialists. Students have the opportunity to observe and participate in many aspects of patient care, diagnostics, treatment support, and specialty services in a fast-paced, collaborative learning environment.
