Vehicle Inspector - Rail

Job Details: Job Location: Denver - Henderson, CO, Salary Range: $21840.00 - $31449.60Hourly, Job Shift: 1st, Position Summary

This position is responsible for all accountabilities of inspection of vehicles on rail cars and on the ground in rail facilities. Inspection responsibilities consist of identifying, evaluate, and classify damages to the vehicle and recording results using a hand held scanning device.

Position Responsibilities

Conduct vehicle inspections and record results.
Daily interaction and communication with customers.
Perform ongoing process review and improvements.
Identify and report potential day-to-day operational quality issues and potential improvements.

 
Qualifications: Essential Skills and Experience:

Education

Prefer High School Diploma or GED.

Training

Training will be provided on the job.

Basic computer skills using Windows based Word and Excel.
