Job Title: MR Vault Clerk
General Definition: Responsible for issuing, collecting, transferring and counting of all monies.
Supervision Received: Shift Supervisor

Essential Job Functions:
 Issue banks to all POS stations and Kiosks so monies will be available to customers.
 Stack currency manually and sort, count, and wrap coins so counting and recording of all monies received through the facility will be accurately accounted for.
 Properly count down all clerks for total monies, subtracting change banks and recording all actual amounts counted on proper forms to document the accuracy and accountability of operations.
 May pull and replace canisters from the gaming machines to assist with the drop.
 Comply with facility policies, procedures and standards ensuring the money room is in compliance with all MICS and TICS.
 Perform all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
 High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Training and Experience:
 One year banking and/or cash handling experience with large sums of money
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 Must be able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of departmental rules, regulations, and policies
 Must possess the ability to handle/count large amounts of cash utilizing currency and coin counters
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
 May be required to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, possess good manual dexterity, and hand/eye coordination, but these requirements are based on needs of facility and staffing
 Proficiency with 10-key adding machine may be required in order to perform assigned job duties correctly
 Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods of time in order to properly perform the assigned job duties
 Must be able to work in a smoke filled casino environment
Licenses/Certifications/Other:
 Must be able to complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result
 Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency, if applicable to perform the essential job functions

Combination of first and second shift, weekends required
