Varsity Softball Head Coach

Concord Academy, an independent, all-gender boarding and day school renowned for its world-class faculty, passionate students, and graduates who make their mark on the world, is seeking a Varsity Softball Head Coach starting the 2027 spring season. This is a temporary, part-time position. Concord Academy interscholastic teams are members of the Eastern Independent League.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong desire to incorporate inclusive coaching practices and advance the tenets of the school's mission. 

Required Experience: Interested candidates should possess playing and/or coaching experience in softball and a passion for passing on life skills and values through the challenges that arise during an athletic season. 

Timeline: Spring tryouts begin late February, 2027 and the season concludes in mid-May 2027. Practice is held Monday-Friday 3:30-5:30 PM with games typically held on Wednesday/Friday.

Stipend amount is between $6,000 to $7,500 for the season
