Step into the fast-paced world of real estate lending as Lima One Capital's Valuations Intern, where you'll dive into appraisal review, coordination, and construction management initiatives that keep deals moving toward the closing table. We're looking for a results-oriented self-starter with a growth mindset - someone eager to learn our business from the inside out and dig into the financial data that drives it. Responsibilities:

• Organize and assign daily appraisal service requests
• Ensure department service level agreements are met
• Interact with third party appraisal vendors about performance levels and scheduling
• Document departmental reporting
• Assist department with AMC Audits
• Recruit & onboard direct engage appraisers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Motivated self-starter who seeks to create value
• Individual who embraces feedback and is eager to learn
• Basic understanding of, or interest in, residential real estate concepts and the appraisal/valuation process 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Program Details

• Location: Onsite in Greenville, SC. Join us in our thoughtfully designed headquarters in the heart of downtown Greenville (parking is paid for!). Housing assistance available for qualified individuals.
• Duration: 11 weeks - Monday, May 17th to Friday, July 30th, 2027
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Pay: All our interns are paid for the work they perform, hourly rate dependent on position
