Responsibilities

• Friendly and customer service focused
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Provide Valet service to customers by picking up their personal vehicle to be brought to service
• Provide customers with a courtesy vehicle 
• Bring personal vehicles back to customers once service has been completed
• Take customers to desired locations while they wait for their vehicles service to be completed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Work closely with the loan car department for scheduled valets and deliveries
• Assist Loan Car department with courtesy vehicle inventory 

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
• Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles preferred not required  
• Able to work part time hours including weekends (Closed on Sunday) 
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently
• Clean Driving Record
