Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

Responsible for the efficient operation of the Valet areas on assigned shift.   Essential Functions   - Enters vehicle information into the system - Make sure ticket is filled out completely - Professionally interacts with customers - Notifies management for any challenges - Organizes working station - Responsible for maintaining the highest level of Guest Service - Train new team members (Dispatchers only) - Thorough knowledge of the property - Other duties as assigned

- Ability to operate various motor vehicles - Ability to stand for long periods of time; withstand various temperature changes; withstand high frequency noises, sounds, and tones - Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel - Ability to perform basic math functions - Excellent communication skills - Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English - Understand and comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures - Skilled in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports and responding to correspondence Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions - Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making skills   Required Certification/License     Valid Michigan driver’s license.
