Luxury Valet Parking Attendant - Glendale, CA
Location: Multiple hospitality properties in Glendale
Base Pay: $25.00 per hour, plus tips (Depending on property)
Job Type: Full-time and part-time
Schedule: Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts may be available
The stated base-pay rate or range represents the hourly wage PMC reasonably expects to pay for this position upon hire. The specific starting rate will be determined within the posted range based on the property assignment, relevant experience, qualifications, and schedule requirements.
Eligible employees may receive tips in addition to the stated base wage. Tips vary based on hours worked, property assignment, guest volume, service performance, and customer interactions. Tips and total earnings are not guaranteed.

In this role, you will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while providing professional and attentive service. This active position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and contributing to a fast-paced hospitality team.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
- Assist guests with vehicle drop-off, pickup, luggage, and directions.
- Inspect vehicles and document existing damage.
- Maintain accurate control and organization of vehicle keys.
- Help manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic around the valet area.
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow safety, attendance, uniform, timekeeping, and tip-reporting procedures.
- Support guests and team members during busy periods.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Driving record that meets PMC’s standards for this position.
- No more than three moving violations within the past three years.
- Reliable means of transportation to and from the assigned work location.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Dependable attendance and professional appearance.
- Availability to work assigned nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate manual-transmission vehicles when required by the assigned property.
Previous valet, hospitality, driving, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
Because driving is an essential function of this position, employment is contingent upon completion of an applicable motor-vehicle-record review. Any criminal-history review will be conducted only after a conditional offer of employment and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.
Physical Requirements
The essential functions of this position may require standing and walking for extended periods; running or moving quickly when appropriate and safe; frequently entering and exiting vehicles; bending, reaching, and using stairs; lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds; and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Hours, Meal and Rest Periods, and Overtime
This is a non-exempt position. Employees must accurately record all time worked and may not perform work before clocking in, after clocking out, or during an unpaid meal period.
Employees will receive meal periods, rest periods, overtime compensation, and any other required premiums in accordance with applicable California law. Overtime must be approved in advance when required by company policy; however, all hours worked will be paid whether or not advance approval was obtained.
Employees should promptly report any missed, late, shortened, interrupted, or otherwise noncompliant meal or rest period, as well as any concern regarding timekeeping or compensation.
