Are you a high-energy individual who loves driving and providing world-class customer service? VPNE Parking Solutions is seeking a reliable, upbeat Valet Attendant to join our team.
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering a premium first impression. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying active, and have a passion for cars, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Drive Safely: Safely operate, park, and return guest vehicles, strictly adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience for every guest using corporate-approved communication.
- Stay Organized: Securely manage vehicle keys and track car locations throughout the garage to ensure seamless operations and shift transitions.
- Look the Part: Maintain a pristine, neatly groomed appearance and wear the company uniform with pride.
- Support the Team: Complete minor cleaning duties as assigned and maintain a positive, enthusiastic workspace for peers and clients.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Stick Shift Proficiency: Must be proficient in driving manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles.
- Driving Credentials: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass an RMV and criminal background check.
- Physical Agility: Ability to run and move quickly, stand for long periods, and lift/move at least 50 lbs.
- Customer-First Attitude: An upbeat, outgoing personality with a willingness to smile, build relationships, and go the extra mile.
- Communication: Full proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Experience: Prior hotel valet experience is highly preferred, but we welcome motivated entry-level talent who meet the driving requirements!
Schedule & Availability:
- Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Flexibility: On-call schedule with flexible days based on operational needs.
