Overnight Valet Attendant

VPNE Parking Solutions is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Overnight Valet Attendant for our weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will make an exceptional impression by engaging with guests in a positive, friendly manner, ensuring a safe and efficient parking experience.

• Schedule: Friday and Saturday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Weekend Overnight Shift)
• Experience Requirement: Previous valet experience and proficiency with manual transmissions (stick shift) are strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Safety First: Prioritize the safety of yourself and others. Always operate vehicles in a safe manner to eliminate accidents.
• Vehicle & Key Management: Securely track keys, organize vehicles efficiently throughout the garage, and facilitate a smooth shift transition.
• Guest Experience: Provide exceptional service by using professional communication, VPNE-approved language, and maintaining an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
• Professional Presence: Look sharp, neatly groomed, and adhere to uniform standards on the premises at all times.
• Operations Care: Perform assigned cleaning duties, maintain general organizational standards, and strictly follow the VPNE attendance policy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Entry-level overall, but previous valet experience is required.
• Driving Record: Minimum 18 years of age with a valid state Driver’s License and a clean driving record insurable by VPNE.
• Skills Test: Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a hands-on driving test (including stick shift).
• Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) check.
• Communication: Proficient in written and verbal English, with a proven ability to build positive relationships with customers.
• Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and upbeat with a willingness to smile and go the extra mile.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, run and move quickly, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
