Utility/Dishwasher

Job Details: Job Location: Bobby V's Restaurant and Sports Bar - Windsor Locks, CT, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $16.94 - $16.94Hourly,
Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are cleaned and sanitized to standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, floor drains, and waste disposal zones
Restock clean items to kitchen and service stations efficiently to support continuous workflow
Handle glassware, knives, and equipment safely and properly
Assist with basic prep work including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients as directed
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Support kitchen team during rushes by transporting product, disposing of trash, or running food as needed
Communicate supply needs and maintenance issues promptly to kitchen leadership

Qualifications:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (cases of product, bus tubs, equipment)
Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and handling of dishware and prep items
Repetitive hand and wrist motions for washing, scrubbing, cutting, and prep tasks
Working in hot, humid, and sometimes wet environments
Ability to move quickly and safely around a bustling kitchen
Prior dishwasher or kitchen support experience preferred, but not required
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team
Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to jump in wherever needed
