Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

🚗 What You’ll Be Doing:

Inspecting used cars to make sure they’re up to standard
Diagnosing and fixing mechanical or electrical issues
Handling basic maintenance — oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.
Keeping repair notes clean and clear
Flagging any other issues that need to be resolved
Making sure every car you touch is safe, solid, and ready to sell

What We’re Looking For:

A couple of years of experience working on cars (used cars = a big plus)
ASE certifications? Even better (but not required)
Someone who can figure things out and get the job done right
Team player with a good attitude
Clean driver’s license
