What You'll Do

Perform maintenance and repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic equipment
Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain required parts
Accurately document repairs and inspections on repair orders
Participate in Toyota-sponsored training programs
Stay current on Toyota technical bulletins and repair procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Properly maintain dealership tools and equipment
Follow OSHA and dealership safety standards

Qualifications

Required

Previous automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
Dependable work ethic and professional attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Preferred

ASE Certifications
Experience in a high-volume service environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
