YOUR ROLE: Help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home by providing:
- Personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Overnight companionship and safety support
- Toileting, mobility, grooming, and dressing assistance
- Medication reminders as permitted
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Care-plan follow-through and documentation
- Communication with families and the HomeWell care team

Previous experience as a CNA, caregiver, home health aide, personal care aide, or healthcare worker is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
