Position Summary

Cosmo Appliances is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Promotion Assistant to support the sales and marketing team in implementing promotional activities, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•  Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for Cosmo Appliances products. 
•  Coordinate marketing activities, product launches, trade shows, and promotional events. 
•  Develop and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media content. 
•  Support the sales team by generating leads and maintaining customer relationships. 
•  Monitor inventory levels for marketing and promotional materials. 
•  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer inquiries, and promotional campaigns. 
•  Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management. 
•  Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions. 
•  Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of promotional activities. 
•  Perform general administrative duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 
•  Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or administrative support is an advantage. 
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
•  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace. 
•  Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is preferred. 
•  Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
