Urgent Hiring for Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery in Coos Bay, OR

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide comprehensive care across the childbirth continuum in an LDRP setting. The role supports OB triage, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, outpatient testing, and nursery care.
No OR circulating or scrubbing required.

Pay Rates

• Local RN: $74/hour
• Traveler RN: $74/hour — $42/hour W-2 taxable + $32/hour non-taxable stipend*

Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours: 12-hour shifts | 36 Hours Guaranteed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Perform maternal and fetal assessments, including fetal heart monitoring.
• Support OB triage, antepartum, nursery, and outpatient testing needs.
• Educate patients and families and provide breastfeeding/postpartum support.
• Document care accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience – Required
• Current fetal heart monitoring/EFM competency – Required
• BLS (AHA) & NRP – Required
• OBIX and EPIC experience – Highly Preferred
• EFM and STABLE certifications – Highly Preferred
• Oregon RN license or willingness to obtain – Preferred
