Job Description
We are seeking experienced Emergency Room RNs to join a fast-paced ED team. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing patients with varying levels of acuity.
Pay Rates
- Local RN: $52/hour
- Traveler RN: $59/hour —( $31/hour W-2 taxable + $28/hour non-taxable stipend)
Job Type: Travel / Local Contract | 13 Weeks
Location: Lansing, MI
Start Date: August 24, 2026
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
36-Hour Guarantee

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely nursing care to emergency patients.
- Assess patients, prioritize care, and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families during high-stress situations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent ED experience – Required
- ACLS, BLS, PALS & TNCC – Required
- Telemetry experience – Preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience – Preferred
