Location: Lithia Springs, GA 30122
Schedule: Weekend
Saturday: 10AM-4PM
Sunday: 10AM-3PM
Client Overview:
The client has multiple chronic conditions, including heart failure,
arthritis, and chronic pain, and requires assistance with mobility, using a
walker for support.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
-Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
-Meal preparation and light housekeeping
-Medication reminders
-Provide transportation to and from medical appointments
-Maintain a safe and supportive care environment
-Provide compassionate, respectful, and reliable support
Requirements:
-Valid PCA or CNA certification
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Valid CPR Certificate and Negative TB test
-Previous caregiving experience preferred
-Must be punctual, patient, and non-smoking
-Must be considerate of clients with respiratory sensitivities
