Unpaid HR & Admin Internship at Job Squad

•    Fully Remote
•    Part-time (15-20h/week) or Full-time (40h/week)
•    Minimum 3-month internship (preferably 5–6 months)
•    Unpaid internship

What You’ll Be Doing …

This is more than an internship, you’ll be a real part of the team. You’ll work closely with the admin and recruitment team on a variety of tasks like:

• Updating Excel sheets and internal databases

• Supporting admin processes and business development

• Helping improve workflows and internal tools

• Assisting in client negotiations and team communication

• Community-building on Facebook for candidates

• Screening candidates

• Support our recruiters

• Answering emails via our shared inbox

• Updating internal documents, PDFs, and onboarding materials

Requirements ... 

• Fluent in English (B2+) and one other EU language

• Skilled with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office

• Active on social media privately
