Length of Time: Eligible for rehire on a semester basis.

The University Mail Center is a comprehensive postal service facility where students, receive and send letters / packages.
Job Description
As a University Mail Center Window Clerk, you will gain experience in teamwork and collaboration, while developing valuable customer service, problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
Job Location/ Hours Required
The candidate will perform most/all job duties in Slane Mail Center. Hours may vary depending on the job requirements; however, the total number of hours a student employee may work per week is 20 hours. This position requires up to 10-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and scan student packages, using electronic tracking system.
- Sort and organize packages according to shelf location.
- Assess customer needs and explain various shipping options.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Maintain neat appearance of the Slane Mail Center window area.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants should be dedicated to providing extraordinary customer service and have experience in a fast-paced & service-oriented environment.
