Position Title: Uniformed Police Officer
Location: San Antonio, TX
Department: Operations
Reports To: Director of Operations
FLSA Class: Non-Exempt ($50/hr)
Hours: Part-Time (Primarily nights and weekends)

Position Summary
Event Risk Inc. is seeking active duty law enforcement officers to join our team as Uniformed Police Officer Security Associates. This part-time position offers a reliable schedule and long-term stability, providing security for client locations in San Antonio, primarily during nights and weekends. Officers will play a critical role in maintaining a safe environment, mitigating risks, and responding to incidents with professionalism and discretion.
Essential Duties
- Provide a security presence at client location in San Antonio
- Monitor and assess potential risks; respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while enforcing security protocols.
- Collaborate with business staff, representatives, and emergency services as needed.
- Complete detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be an active duty law enforcement officer in good standing.
- Valid state-issued firearm permit and ability to carry while on duty.
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule
- Schedule This part-time role offers a consistent, long-term schedule with predictable shifts:
- All Days (10pm to 6am)
- Friday and Sunday (11pm to 5am)
