Tues-Sat 1am-7am
Sat 7pm-7am/Sun 11pm-7am
Position Summary:
Join our team as a Front Desk Security Officer at Colonial Security Services. As a Front Desk Security Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents while providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment in a high-end residential setting.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with resident needs.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to enhance the overall resident experience.
Security:
- Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Conduct regular patrols of common areas to deter and detect security issues.
- All patrols will be documented using a mobile device
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Create daily logs and incident reports
Package Management:
- Receive and scan incoming packages, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery to residents.
- Effectively manage package storage and distribution, maintaining a secure and organized system.
Qualifications:
- Security experience is preferred
- Proven experience in customer service and security roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with package management systems and security protocols.
- Knowledge of the local area and amenities is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
