What You Will Do

The Ultrasound Technologist collaborates with the Primary Care team to deliver exemplary patient care and customer service while performing a variety of technical and patient care procedures.

What you will do:

· Perform all sonography imaging procedures, properly preparing and positioning patients for imaging exams

· Position the patient appropriately to best demonstrate anatomic area of interest

· Organize and monitor patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, and safety standards

· Proactively and consistently understand the needs of our customers and patients

· Effectively provide service and/or resolves problems

· Thoroughly explain procedure to be performed to alleviate patient anxiety and facilitate patient cooperation

· Perform image reconstruction as necessary

· Utilizes clear and effective communication to properly screen patients prior to scan for any precautions or contraindications pertaining to ordered exam

What you will bring:

· Satisfactory completion of a formal sonography program or other compatible course of study

· RDMS certification required (abdomen, vascular, and OB/GYN preferred)

· Minimum of 1 year sonography experience preferred

· Breast ultrasound and MSK preferred
