UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions that improve usability and interaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to incorporate into designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  Salary: $110,000-$139,000 per year
