Type: ContractJob SummaryRPA UiPath Solution Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath. In this role, you will lead the technical implementation of complex automation programs while remaining hands-on in development, converting business requirements into scalable solution architectures that streamline operations across Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, and Broker Operations.Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation and Intelligent Automation, this role is responsible for the technical execution of automation initiatives - building reusable frameworks, enforcing development standards, and ensuring solutions integrate cleanly with the enterprise application landscape. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, and support production stabilization post-deployment.Key Responsibilities· Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automations using UiPath.· Lead the technical implementation of complex automation programs while remaining hands-on in development activities.· Convert business requirements into scalable technical designs and solution architecture documents.· Develop reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and components.· Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and governance processes.· Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes.· Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and infrastructure teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.· Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization activities.· Integrate UiPath with enterprise applications via APIs, web services, queues, and databases.· Implement secure credential management and enterprise security controls.Position Knowledge, Skills, and RequirementsEducation Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience· 8+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years hands-on UiPath development and solution delivery.· Strong programming experience in C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, and SQL.· Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Guidewire, Duck Creek, SharePoint, or SAP.· Experience automating insurance business processes, with working knowledge of Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Premium Processing, and Broker Operations.· Familiarity with UiPath growth products including IXP, Document Understanding, and Action Center.· Familiarity with UiPath Process Mining, Test Automation, Agent Builder, and Maestro.· Working knowledge of REST APIs and integration architecture.· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployment processes.· Knowledge of infrastructure, security, disaster recovery, and high-availability environments.Leadership· 2–3+ years leading development teams or owning solution architecture on large-scale automation programs.· Ability to mentor developers and enforce governance across a delivery team while remaining hands-on.Good to Have· UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (Mandatory)· UiPath Specialized AI Professional Certification· Familiarity with other RPA tools (advantage, not required)· Exposure to Finance processes — P2P, Q2C, R2RMandatory Keywords•             UiPath Solution Architect•             UiPath Technical Lead•             UiPath Solution Lead•             Automation Architect•             Intelligent Automation ArchitectPreferred Domain Keywords•             Insurance•             Claims•             Underwriting•             Policy Administration•             Guidewire•             Duck Creek•             Property & Casualty (P&C)What to AvoidDo not prioritize profiles that are:•             Pure RPA Developers with no architecture experience•             Delivery Managers without hands-on UiPath development•             Business Analysts with no technical design expertise•             Solution Architects without insurance exposure
