Internship Description/Learning Objectives: |
Intern will be supporting customers in person to complete and submit applications, among other needs. Interns will achieve insight into low-income financial assistance processes. |

Job Duties: |
Data entry, application assistance and submission, intake, filing, customer service, administrative duties. |

Preferred Competencies: |
Experience with Microsoft office, experience working in customer service, emotion regulation, professional and interpersonal knowledge and skills |

If you are selected for YEP Internship as a Work Team Member, you will make $18.00 an hour.
The POWER Youth program, previously known as Opportunity NOW, provides career exploration and work experience activities for youth 14 to 24 years old. The name POWER Youth was selected by the peer youth leadership team based on how they view themselves and their future.
